Can the ladder be made shorter?Updated 2 months ago

At this time, we are not able to make any of our Dog Ladders shorter in length. However, after purchase you may opt to modify the ladder to adjust its length.

This can be done by first choosing the desired length, and then cutting off the "excess" steps. Using a hacksaw or similar tool, cut through the side runners just below the step that will be your new bottom step to remove the excess length.

Please note: Once modified, the ladder is no longer eligible for return.
